My eating habits

Everyone has their own diet.I think Ihaveahealthydiet.

I have three meals aday. I have milk ,bread and eggs for breakfast. I think people should eat well for breakfast. And I often eat rice for lunch , sometimes I eat noodles or hamburgers for lunch. I think people should eat full for lunch. For dinner I eat buns and porridge. After dinner Ioften eat salad,

sometimeI eat fruit.

This is my healthydiet.What about you?

每个人都有自己的食谱,我认为我有一个健康的食谱。我一天吃三顿饭,早上我喝牛奶,吃面包和鸡蛋。我认为人们早上应该吃得好。中午我通常吃米饭,有时我吃面条或汉堡包。我认为人们中午应该吃得饱,晚饭我通常喝稀饭吃小圆面包。晚饭后我经常吃沙拉,有时我吃水果。
